SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

  • NATIONAL COVERAGE

Shipments, can be made under the Standard and Express shipping mode. Standard shipments will be made through the logistics operator “DHL” and express shipments will be made through other logistics operators that may vary depending on the time of the request and the destination city. The shipping process starts from the moment when the product leaves the MACAED warehouses and ends when it arrives at the destination address through the logistics operator.

MACAED is not responsible for the delays that occur with the delivery of orders, which are due solely to the logistic operator’s causes, including without limitation to weather conditions, service interruptions or any other condition.

 

SHIPPING METHODS

  • STANDARD MODE

The logistic operator, deliver the product between 1 and 4 bussiness days counted from the dispatch depending on the city destination.

  • EXPRESS MODE

MACAED delivers the product on the same day as the request , provided it was made before 6:00 PM.

  • STANDARD MODE

Orders nationwide are processed and dispatched as soon as the purchase payment is completed at www.macaedofficial.com. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed and dispatched the next business day.

Delivery time  is 2 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch. 

The contracted logistics provider delivers only on business days from Monday to Friday (Excludes weekends, holidays or Holidays) from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

  • SHIPPING COST CALCULATION

When you select the city and the type of shipment, MACAED will automatically calculate the shipping cost. The freight / shipping cost will appear as an additional item to the selected products and can be clearly identified before finalizing your order.

 

ORDER STATUS CONFIRMATION

  • PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

MACAED will send the user an email with the confirmation of their purchase, specifying the units purchased, the type of shipment and / or any other requested service.

  • SHIPPING CONFIRMATION 

MACAED will send the user an email with the confirmation that their order has been dispatched with their logistics operator.

MACAED through its logistics operator will take the purchased products to their destination. The user will be able to verify the guide number through the logistic operator page and will be able to visualize the status of their maximum guide up to 24 hours after the guide is issued. This is due to updates on the pages of each operator.

  • END CONFIRMATION

MACAED will send the user an email with the confirmation that the logistics operator has delivered the product at the final destination and giving a message of thanks to its users for the purchase made.

 

PURCHASE CONTRACT

  • TERMS OF THE CONTRACT 

The contract between the user and MACAED is perfected when the purchase offer made by the user is accepted by MACAED. The contract will be governed by the terms defined in this document, which govern the sale of the products and / or services offered on this website.

MACAED services are only available to those users who have the legal capacity to contract, as provided by current Colombian legislation. If the user does not have the legal capacity to contract, we ask you not to use the MACAED website. In no case MACAED will be obliged to accept a purchase offer.

  • PRESENTATION OF THE OFFER 

MACAED, offers and extends to its users, the invitation to buy the different products and services that are listed and / or described on this website.

In order for MACAED to consider an offer valid by the user, the following steps are required: enter the MACAED page, select the product (s) you wish to purchase, accept the Terms and Conditions of the page, fill out the personal data of the customer, select the payment method, fill in the data that depending on the payment method are necessary to make the same, as well as the other data that MACAED considers necessary for this purchase to proceed. Once the payment has been approved and verified, the offer is deemed accepted by MACAED. MACAED approves the offer in the same user payment process. However, at MACAED’s discretion, you may accept or decline an offer.

  • PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Before submitting a purchase offer, the user must accept the Terms and Conditions of this website and additionally accept the payment terms of the corresponding price, in accordance with the means of payment made available.

MACAED makes available to the user, a secure connection system for all the realization of all purchase offers, but in no case, MACAED will be responsible for the failures in the communications of the banking or credit entities, as well as neither of the damages caused to the users on the occasion of an action or omission of said entities.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES AND TAXES

The user must assume the charges for handling and insurance of the products and / or services acquired in MACAED.

Likewise, it is up to the user to assume all sales taxes, value added taxes and any other taxes and charges that are incurred for each accepted purchase offer. All taxes caused by the purchase will be settled from the moment the customer makes his purchase offer on this site, and therefore he can know the exact value he must pay in favor of MACAED, which will include all the mentioned concepts.

  • IMPROVEMENT AND TRANSFER OF PROPERTY 

The contract is understood to be perfected with the acceptance of the offer by MACAED. MACAED may partially accept purchase offers, in which case the contract will be perfected only for products and / or services accepted by MACAED.

In the event of payment for electronic payment platforms offered by MACAED, in accordance with the provisions of this site, ownership of the products and / or services will be transmitted to the user from the moment they are dispatched and leave the premises MACAED.

  • PRODUCT DELIVERY 

The products will be delivered to the address registered by the user in the offer and it can only be modified, before the product is dispatched from the premises is MACAED.

It is understood that any person who is at the address where the delivery must be made, is duly authorized by the client to receive his order, and therefore MACAED is exempt from any responsibility for the delivery I will make, provided that it is made at the address registered on our site.

If no one receives the order at the address indicated, MACAED will proceed to return the products and / or services to MACAED, and the customer will be obliged to contact us within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days to that we proceed to its forwarding, in which case the expenses generated by it will be borne by the client, and until they are canceled, MACAED will not be obliged to make the dispatch again.

If the client does not proceed to request the reshipment in the indicated term, or does not cancel the additional value for the reshipment, MACAED may withdraw from the business, and will be obliged only to refund the amount paid for the products and / or services through a purchase voucher issued by MACAED for use within the website, discounting the value of transport expenses.

  • PRODUCTS AND/ OR SERVICES 

MACAED has as a policy the constant updating and review of the products and / or services that are displayed on this site. MACAED may modify and discontinue products and / or services at any time.
